Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations to achieve on-time delivery rates above 99%.">
  • Act as the primary point of contact for operational shift issues and escalate matters as necessary.">
  • Ensure all drivers and staff adhere to OHS and site safety requirements, providing counseling and discipline when necessary.">
  • Verify preoperational checklists are completed for all loads and address any discrepancies.">
  • Report and follow up on damages and MVIs according to SOPs, taking disciplinary action when required.">
  • Optimize allocations and dispatch operations to maintain high service levels and minimize costs.">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A deep understanding of transport processes and expectations.">
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles.">
  • Comprehensive understanding of relevant Federal and State Law requirements, including NHVR regulations.">
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.">
  • Current Driver's License (HR – Heavy Vehicle) and Forklift license (Counterbalance).">
