Job Title: Route PM Supervisor

The Opportunity

As a key member of our team, you will manage the PM shift in our Retail & Consumer function based in Queanbeyan NSW. Your primary focus will be on ensuring business success by meeting KPIs and managing customer relationships at a local level.

This role is responsible for:

  • Ensuring on-time delivery targets are met above 99%
  • Handling operational shift issues as the first point of contact
  • Monitoring driver and staff adherence to OHS and site safety requirements
  • Reporting and following up on damages and MVIs according to SOPs
  • Optimizing dispatch operations for cost-effectiveness and high service levels

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Full understanding of transport processes and expectations
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles
  • Understanding of relevant Federal and State law requirements such as NHVR
  • Customer-focused approach (internal & external)
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Driver's License (HR - Heavy Vehicle) & Forklift licence (Counterbalance)
