The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our leading Corporate Structured and Asset Finance team based in Sydney. In this role, you will work with leading Partners John Angus and Steven Catanzariti, as well as other HSF finance partners in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical advice on a range of finance transactions, including asset and structured finance.
- Work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to provide premium quality advice.
- Develop a network of relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of the team's expertise and knowledge.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in delivering technical advice on finance transactions.
- Excellent academic record and strong legal skills.
- Proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of our team.
- Ability to work to tight timeframes and collaboratively with others.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate collegiality within a team.
