About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. As a key point of contact for customers, you will deliver exceptional results and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and providing personalized support

• Collaborate with the workshop and parts departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient job completion

• Provide accurate quotes for repair jobs and foster positive relationships with customers through excellent customer service

• Meet and exceed manufacturer-set CSI targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Retail Automotive Service Department is preferred but not necessary

• Strong communication, numeracy, and customer service skills are essential

• Willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs

• Sound knowledge of automotive technical principles

• Punctual, reliable, and well-organized with a professional attitude

• Current driver's license

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• High level of attention to detail and care for customer satisfaction
