Leading Ecommerce Solutions Specialist

We are currently seeking a seasoned Product Director to lead our ticketing and checkout journey, both online and offline. The primary goal will be to drive revenue growth by optimizing conversion funnels, streamlining guest transactions, and launching high-performing product features.
This role reports directly to the Director of Product and oversees a cross-functional team responsible for solving customer problems using data-driven insights, rigorous testing, and continuous iteration.
The ideal candidate will have experience shipping e-commerce, checkout, or POS flows at scale and be looking for an opportunity to make a global impact.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and optimize the end-to-end ticketing checkout experience.
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to enhance conversion rates and reduce drop-off.
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategy and prioritization.
- Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders across growth, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment.
- Balance diverse customer needs to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Establish clear OKRs and track product performance.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, POS, ticketing, or marketplaces.
- In-depth understanding of checkout flows and their optimization.
