Leading Emergency Management Specialist

Our organization is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead Emergency Management Operations.
This role requires a forward-thinking professional who can design, deploy and refine emergency protocols, safeguarding staff, patients and visitors in critical situations.
The successful candidate will be a beacon of leadership, fostering a culture of collaboration, nurturing growth and learning within their team.
They will also be a thought leader, staying abreast of global trends and bringing innovative ideas back to our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Relevant qualifications and experience in Emergency Management or Occupational Health and Safety.
- Proven track record in project management.
- Articulate communication and empathetic interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude for developing and presenting engaging OHS education and training sessions.
- Proficiency with computer software systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
Preferred qualifications include experience in healthcare and/or custodial sectors, patient manual handling, or project management certifications such as PMBok, Prince2, Agile PM.
