New Homes Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and driven individual to join our sales team as a Home Sales Expert. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in facilitating the purchase of our homes from initial inquiry to contract issue.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day running of our display home, ensuring it is always presentable and welcoming to potential customers. You will also establish new sales networks to increase sales opportunities, while accurately recording lead details.
In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will support strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives. Your exceptional customer service skills will ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
To succeed in this role, you will have at least 12 months of experience in a similar property sales or commercial, industrial, or retail leasing environment. Strong sales experience, preferably in new home sales, is essential. You will also have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding set sales targets and KPIs.
You must be flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated in your approach to work. Building rapport and trust quickly and easily with diverse customer groups is crucial. Solid IT literacy, specifically with the Microsoft Office suite, is also required. Availability to work weekends and public holidays as needed is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the purchase of Simonds homes from initial inquiry to contract issue
- Maintain the day-to-day running of the display home, ensuring it is presentable at all times
- Establish new sales networks to increase sales opportunities, while accurately recording lead details
- Support strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives

Requirements:
