Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious New Home Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to provide exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

About the Role:

  • Engage with prospective customers at our display homes, qualifying them and progressing them through a defined path specific to their budget, design, and lifestyle requirements.
  • Support customers throughout the sales cycle, from initial quote to presenting tenders and variations.
  • Manage a pipeline of prospective purchasers, providing value and ensuring all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to a high standard within required timeframes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments to deliver complete and correct documentation.
  • Manage client expectations and act as a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales and revenue growth.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient decision-making.

About You:

  • You have a proven track record in sales, preferably in new home sales, with a strong ambition to achieve results.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and are comfortable engaging with people at various levels.
  • You have great problem-solving skills, able to think outside the box to achieve outcomes.
  • You share our passion for helping people and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • You are available to work Saturday-Wednesday, including public holidays.
