Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of service delivery officers to deliver organisational goals and objectives;
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and customer satisfaction;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organisational change and improvement initiatives;
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance;
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform business decisions;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership in a customer service or service delivery environment;
