Job Description:

Join our Food Services team to provide efficient, high-quality catering support services in a residential aged care setting. As a vital member of the team, you will work closely with clinical and care services staff to create positive dining experiences for residents while ensuring the highest food safety and hygiene standards.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organisation.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up each servery and dining area ready for meal periods, washing dishes and cleaning according to food safety protocols, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of areas where food is prepared and served, assisting with meal preparation as needed, and monitoring and recording requirements of the food safety plan.
