About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness in food service and preparation areas
  • Assist with basic food preparation tasks to support kitchen operations
  • Handle 3-plate carry efficiently to serve multiple guests quickly
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • RSA certification
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment and team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of Melbourne's food and beverage trends
  • Passionate about coffee and skilled in staff training and development
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of leading team briefings for up to 12 members
  • Well-groomed, and professional
