We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accountant to join our team at Charterhouse. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in assisting with the development of junior team members and working closely with the management team on a portfolio of clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the development of junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in their roles.
- Work closely with the management team on a portfolio of clients, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Communicate directly with clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Assist with tax planning for clients, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct tax research and advisory work, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Work on a range of entities, including SMSFs, companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
- 2+ years' experience in a Business Services firm in Australia, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Studying towards CA, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- A 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to learn, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
- A relevant Australian University degree, with a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
