Key Responsibilities- Assist with the development of junior team members and contribute to the growth and success of our accounting practice.
- Work closely with our management team to deliver high-quality financial services to our clients, including international client exposure.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Assist with tax planning and research for clients, including SMSFs, companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals.
- Participate in tax research and advisory opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
- 2+ years of experience in a Business Services role in a Public Practice firm in Australia.
- Studying towards CA or equivalent qualification.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to clients.
- A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Relevant Australian University degree.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
