We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Junior Administration Coordinator to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide mobile phone assets to employees and manage the associated accounts and billing.
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise with external suppliers and maintain a user database.
  • Work closely with our internal compliance and procurement teams to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks related to travel bookings and other office duties.

**Requirements**

  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Experience with Microsoft applications, preferably Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Accounting skills are highly regarded but not essential.
