- Evaluating clients' hearing abilities using various methods
- Reporting assessment results and referring clients to medical professionals when necessary
- Offering recommendations for individuals with hearing impairments, including amplification devices, implantable technology, medical interventions and assistive listening tools
- Providing counseling, guidance and information to clients and their families as part of overall treatment
- Assisting with noise control and hearing conservation strategies
- Delivering treatment and management of hearing and communication disorders
- A university degree in Audiology or TAFE Audiometry qualification
- Current membership or eligibility for membership of AudA or ACAud
- Current QP number
- Demonstrated expertise in audiological skills and knowledge
- Excellent customer service and care skills
- Ability to learn new software
- Proven ability to meet key performance indicators
- Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
