Lead Educator of Inclusive Learning Environments.

Job Description:

This is a pivotal leadership position focused on fostering inclusive learning environments. As the Lead Educator, you will oversee and coordinate high-quality advice and support from Special Education and Early Childhood Development Programs.

You will provide expert guidance to classroom teachers in supporting students with disabilities. Additionally, you will lead and manage these programs, providing advice as needed, and offer high-quality advice to school leadership and staff for planning effective reasonable adjustments for students with disabilities.

Key responsibilities include coordinating targeted teaching for students requiring intervention in literacy and numeracy with a focus on reading, and supporting staff in accessing specialist services and professional development.

Engage in school decision-making and contribute to the school's goals and vision through participation in professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
