Job Description

We are seeking a talented Digital Experience Manager to lead the development of captivating digital experiences for our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving success by creating and implementing a best-in-class digital experience across web and app, boosting traffic and conversion.

Key responsibilities include leading the ecommerce trading plan, hitting budget targets, driving BIG integration, designing and executing our online & customer calendar, and driving digital innovation focusing on personalisation, experimentation, retail media, loyalty, and AI.

The Digital Experience Manager will also lead a high-performing team using data to create engaging customer journeys and content, coach and develop the team ensuring efficient processes and a customer-first approach.

In addition, the successful candidate will partner with key stakeholders across BigW and Woolworths Group to deliver joint business plans and act as a digital champion supporting the development of a 'digital mindset' across BigW.
