We are seeking a highly organised, collaborative and creatively minded Senior Account Service Manager to join our content marketing team in Brisbane. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong relationship management skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of assets and documentation
  • Liaise with creatives and clients to resolve operational issues and maintain strong relationships
  • Identify and convert new opportunities for account growth, in partnership with the Content Director

The successful candidate will have solid production experience, preferably across digital, social and branded content, and proven experience as an Account Manager with a strong track record in business development.
