Our organization is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our projects from tendering stage to completion.

Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for organizing site inspections and project meetings, reviewing engineering designs for constructability, and managing the construction phase of projects. You will also be tasked with contract administration, issuing notifications to relevant authorities, and liaising with clients, contractors, and sub-contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tendering for new work
  • Organizing site inspections and project meetings

  • Managing the construction phase of projects
  • Contract administration
  • Issuing notifications to Water Authorities & Contractors to enable works
  • Liaising with Clients, Contractors, Sub-Contractors, relevant Authorities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in land development and hold Water Authority accreditation (WA1, WA2, SA1, SA2). You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
