We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a First Nations Practitioner. In this role, you will work closely with our national Consulting team to deliver training, coaching, and First Nations wellbeing support.
The ideal candidate will have experience in yarning circles, conflict resolution services, change management, and strategic human resource solutions. You will provide social emotional wellness support for First Nations employees/communities, facilitate yarning circles, deliver training, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality consulting services in mental health and wellbeing
- Facilitate yarning circles and deliver training
- Offer services to non-Indigenous and First Nations organisations and individuals
- Work in various environments, including metropolitan, rural, remote, and discreet community locations
- Experience working in complex organisational environments and delivering strategic HR solutions
- Designing and delivering adult education and training programs in mental health and wellbeing
- Registration as a mental health professional (Psychologist, Social worker, Counsellor) is highly desirable
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable
- A driver's licence, own vehicle, and flexibility to work across metro and regional Victoria are essential
