About the Role

This position will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of exercise support, while representing Cubic Corporation to the customer. The successful candidate will manage assigned programs, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Exercise Planning and Coordination: Manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of exercise support, ensuring programs are delivered on time and within budget.
  2. Risk Management: Ensure any exercise risks are appropriately managed.
  3. Record Keeping: Maintain records in line with documentation control methods.
  4. Team Management: Mentor, train, and develop staff to ensure high performance, and ensure the team has all necessary skills to provide a high level of service.
  5. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to the team and be an on-site presence for the team.
  6. Exercise Reporting: Provide exercise reporting for senior management.
  7. Contractor Management: Manage any third-party contractors as required.
Requirements
  1. Qualifications: Certificate IV Training and Assessment or RPL equivalency.
  2. Experience: 7 years military experience.
  3. Skills: Skilled in using Microsoft Office suite of applications.

  1. Teamwork: Ability to work as part of a team and to manage a team to ensure high performance.
  2. Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills.
  3. Negotiation: Unparalleled negotiation skills.
