Role Overview

This is a senior leadership position that plays a pivotal role in the overall success of our business.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a retail store manager or senior assistant store manager in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth in a high-performing store through effective leadership and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to drive business results.
  • Motivate and inspire a team to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, and customer satisfaction.
  • Closely monitor store performance and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets.
  • Effectively manage wage costs, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Coach and mentor team members to maintain high morale and encourage individual development through training and succession plans.
  • Ensure efficient OH&S management and adherence to relevant legislation.

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership role within retail.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive business results.
  • Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
