Overview

As a senior retail leader, you will be the face of our brand in-store and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead by example, consistently demonstrating a positive attitude and taking ownership of your actions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the store team to achieve sales targets and ensure profitability.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing team, with a focus on leadership skills and personal development.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and staff appearance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the HQ functions to implement business strategies in-store.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure knowledge is up-to-date and the delivery of world-class service.
  • Support the implementation of CRM & Clienteling initiatives to strengthen client relationships.

  • Proven track record of success in a similar role within a premium or luxury brand environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

  • Knowledge of KPIs and their impact on store performance, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
