About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced educational leader to join our team as Deputy Principal at Northview State School. Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintaining a Safe and Inclusive Learning Environment
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and address misconduct effectively.
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to provide a consistent and fair approach to discipline.
Leading Teaching and Learning Excellence
  • Develop and enhance teaching and learning practices across the school.
  • Lead our dynamic and professional team of teaching staff in the development of pedagogy.
Requirements
  1. Leadership and Management
  • A deep understanding of effective pedagogical practices and a commitment to driving continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with staff, students, parents, and the wider community.
