Hospital Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly experienced mental health professional to lead our nursing team in a challenging and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the nursing team to ensure excellent clinical service delivery and outcomes are achieved, adhering to relevant legislation and care standards.
  • Ensure operational and clinical requirements are met in an after-hours capacity, supported by the executive team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Senior-level clinical nursing experience in acute psychiatric care settings.
  • Consultative leadership style, effective relations with stakeholders, and conflict management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation, and quality improvement expertise.
  • A deep understanding of Quality Management Systems, accreditation requirements, and continuous improvement principles.
  • A commitment to customer service, quality outcomes, and strategic planning.
