About Your Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to launch your career in a high-performing, real-world industrial environment. You will gain hands-on experience, receive dedicated mentoring, and be guided by a personalized development plan to help you grow into a valuable member of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will promote and adhere to health, safety, environmental and community policies and procedures.
  • Leading our participatory ergonomics program—conducting ergonomic assessments, identifying effective controls, and documenting outcomes.
  • You will support occupational injury management, including work capacity assessments.
  • You will contribute to the development and enhancement of the Job Bank and job demands analyses.
  • You will deliver engaging presentations to employees and contractors across the site.
Requirements
  • A recent or near completed Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy / Physiotherapist, completed within the last 12 months or due for completion by January 2026.
  • You must have a strong personal commitment to safety, both for yourself and those around you.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the business.
  • A motivated, organized approach to managing workload and priorities.
  • You must have initiative and a growth mindset, with a passion for learning, improvement, and creative problem-solving.
  • The ability to meet deadlines consistently in a dynamic work environment.
