Job Title: Advanced Material Handling Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Field Service Technician working with Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV). In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our AGV fleet by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, with experience working on forklifts and other material handling equipment. You will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as calibrating sensors, checking fluid levels, and replacing worn-out parts to ensure optimal performance of our AGV fleet.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware on-site to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks meet our high standards.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a forklift technician or equivalent is required.
  • Skillset: Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and control systems.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and adaptability to changing priorities.
