We are seeking a motivated and experienced forklift operator to join our production team at our Kalbar facility.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operating high reach forklifts in a warehouse environment, loading and unloading trucks with ease and efficiency.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with production to ensure the packing lines have the necessary product or packaging to maintain productivity and efficiency.

You will also be required to work closely with the Production and Dispatch teams to ensure packed product meets logistic timelines.

Other key responsibilities include:

Loading and Unloading

Load and unload packaged or raw materials when required, ensuring that all products are handled with care and attention to detail.

Hygiene Standards

Maintain the highest standards of hygiene within the facility, ensuring that all areas are clean and free from hazards.

Team Player

Be a team player, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Key Skills and Qualifications

- Experience operating a high reach forklift in a warehouse environment.

- Adaptability to varied work hours if required.

- High level of safety awareness.

- Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast-paced environment.

- RF scanning experience.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Current driver's license and full Australian working rights.

This is a casual position, ideally suited to someone who lives locally or is looking for a tree-change to the Scenic Rim region.

Pay: $27.00 - $38.11 per hour

Schedule: 12 hour shift, 8 hour shift, Afternoon shift, Day shift, Evening shift, Monday to Friday, Morning shift, Night shift, On call, Public holidays, Weekend availability

Licence/Certification: Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation: Australia (preferred)
