We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled graduate to join our team in a challenging and rewarding role.
This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start their dental career, with the chance to gain hands-on clinical experience in a variety of settings.
Job DescriptionAs a Graduate Dentist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in both metropolitan and rural settings. You will work closely with a team of experienced dentists and oral health therapists to provide comprehensive treatment plans and manage complex cases.
- You will have the opportunity to work in our busy hospital clinic, where you will gain experience in a fast-paced environment and develop your skills in surgical procedures, including wisdom tooth removal, sinus perforation repair, and management of patients with complex medical histories.
- You will also have the chance to work in our primary care clinic, where you will manage a variety of cases, including trauma patients, and develop your skills in managing complex cases such as crowns and root canal treatment.
In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to participate in our mentorship program, which provides support and guidance from experienced dentists and specialists throughout your career.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Doctor of Dental Surgery, Bachelor of Dental Science, or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (or equivalent) qualification.
- Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- A strong desire to learn and grow in your career.
