HR Support Specialist

The role of Human Resources Business Partner plays a pivotal part in supporting our organisation's programmes. You will collaborate closely with a team of HR professionals situated across Australia.
This is a full-time ongoing position located at our office in Belconnen. The successful candidate will be required to work from the office for a minimum of three days per week and may need to travel occasionally.
We are looking for someone with:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in an HR Partnering role;
- Demonstrated expertise in investigations, case management, and award interpretation in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to work collaboratively with others;
- A knowledge of or interest in the community services sector is highly valued.
