Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Retail Manager to lead and manage our store team, driving sales revenue, fuel volumes, and store profitability. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience through flawless execution of our retail offer, merchandising, and operating standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coach a team to maintain excellent store presentation, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with operating procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by training and guiding your team, handling escalated customer complaints, and setting a high standard of service.
- Drive store profitability by managing labour budgets, implementing wastage controls, and ensuring effective cash handling and reconciliation processes.
- Develop and execute site-specific business plans to meet customer needs and exceed KPIs.
- Ensure the safety and compliance of the store by overseeing health, safety, and environmental standards, conducting regular toolbox meetings, and managing all site activities to align with company policies.
- Build and develop your team through recruitment, training, and ongoing coaching, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams in a retail environment.
- Strong analytical, budgeting, and financial management skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, safety-focused setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A track record of meeting commercial targets and driving business results.
- A commitment to maintaining high store standards, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
- A valid driver's license.
