About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Manager to lead our store team in Griffith. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage store operations, including stock management, inventory control, and cash handling procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, train staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences, and handle customer complaints effectively.
  • Develop and implement business plans to meet customer needs and exceed store targets.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant store environment, ensuring health and safety standards are always met.
  • Recruit, train, and coach staff to improve their skills and knowledge, and encourage growth and improvement within the team.
About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in leading and developing teams in a retail environment.
  • Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A focus on delivering results and creating a positive in-store experience.
  • A valid driver's license.
