Principal (Level 4) - Education Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced educational leader to lead our dedicated staff team and school community.
The successful applicant will nurture positive relationships with all stakeholders and co-develop a shared vision for future success, delivered through contemporary curriculum and pedagogy, high standards and expectations.
The role involves leading the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
Key responsibilities include upholding the principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity, embedding socially just practices in daily school life, and setting high standards for student and staff performance.
The ideal candidate will be a futures oriented and strategic leader who understands the legislation and policies that impact on schooling, and can manage resources to achieve goals.
A mandatory requirement of this role is current full registration, or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
