Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Principal to join our team at Blackwater North State School. This is a permanent full-time opportunity that will see you lead the school community to develop a shared educational vision and provide quality learning outcomes for all students.

About the Role

  • Assist the Principal to lead the school community and develop a shared educational vision.
  • Deputise for the Principal when required.
  • Uphold the deputy principalship as a values-based, ethical, and moral activity.
  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance.

About You

  • Demonstrated working with beginning and new teachers.
  • Demonstrated instructional leadership across P-6 classrooms.
  • Demonstrated enactment of the curriculum leadership through effective planning processes and support to enact.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $123,367 - $143,686, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
