Job Description

As a Business Trainee, you will provide administrative support to our Reception and Insurance Broking teams. Your key responsibilities include:

Education and Compliance
  • Participate in training and development activities as outlined in the training plan
  • Maintain current knowledge of company policies and principles
  • Adhere to internal privacy guidelines and maintain confidentiality
  • Acquire knowledge of clients' industries, businesses, and risks
Teamwork and Collaboration
  • Work effectively with team members to achieve organisational goals
  • Keep management informed about work status
  • Take actions that respect the needs and contributions of others
Business Servicing
  • Perform reception and telephone duties
  • Monitor receipt of documentation and general mail duties
  • Provide general office administration support
Customer Service
  • Answer incoming calls and handle queries
  • Give a friendly, helpful, and welcoming impression to clients
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to commit to the full length of the traineeship
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
Desirable Skills
