Design Experience Lead

Our company is seeking a skilled Senior Product Designer to lead the design of user experiences across our native apps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-fidelity UI designs that meet development-ready requirements and are in sync with agile sprints and timelines.
  • Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand business goals and execute accordingly.
  • Lead co-design workshops and apply Design Thinking methodology to gain alignment around design problems and opportunities.
  • Champion accessibility, consistency, and design excellence across all platforms.
  • Ensure that defined business requirements, usability, and accessibility requirements have been met and are consistent with the design practice.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as User Interface Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Product (UX/UI) Design, Industrial Design, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in design tools Figma, JIRA, Confluence, and other relevant software.
  • Experience in design thinking methodologies, human-centered design, or other relevant design frameworks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage designs across multiple products simultaneously.
  • Experience working alongside development teams in an agile environment and in sprints.
