We are seeking a skilled and motivated Marketing and Business Development Officer to join our team.

About the Role

This role involves expanding our network of employer partners and driving employment outcomes for people with disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, understanding their specific hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiate wage subsidy agreements with employers.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of marketing and business development principles.
