Overview
As a Business Development Officer, you'll work within our Clients Services and Business Development team in a client-facing capacity.
You Will

Engaging in proactive, phone-based conversations with clients across Australia
Sharing the benefits of our services in a confident, friendly, and informative way
Gathering feedback and insights through short client surveys
Keeping records of your interactions and progress using our easy-to-use systems

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and being part of a team that makes a genuine impact - one conversation at a time.
About You
You're a proactive, engaging communicator who's comfortable on the phone and driven by results.
You know how to build trust quickly, guide a conversation with purpose, and keep client needs at the heart of every interaction.
You Bring

Experience in sales, call centre, or client engagement roles (essential)
Strong verbal communication and the ability to follow scripts while adapting naturally
Confidence in navigating conversations with empathy and objection handling
Experience in healthcare, allied health or health administration (highly regarded)
Ability to work independently, stay organised, and manage your time effectively
