Job Title:

Senior Associate Procurement Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our dynamic procurement team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in complex procurement matters and excellent leadership, mentoring and management skills.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with our Partners to deliver high-quality legal advice to government clients and ASX listed companies on a range of exciting construction and infrastructure projects.

You will be responsible for advising on complex procurement and project structures, including PPP projects, D&C Contracts, Managing Contractor Contracts, Services Agreements, Australian Standard and other industry forms of contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and skilled lawyer to take on a challenging role and make a significant contribution to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on complex procurement and project structures
  • Work closely with Partners to deliver high-quality legal advice
  • Lead and mentor junior lawyers to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Requirements:
  • 4+ years PAE experience
  • Experience in procurement within one or more of the industry sectors identified
  • Strong leadership, mentoring and management skills
  • Strong technical and communication skills
