Key Responsibilities
  • Traveling to clients' homes to provide scheduled visits and engaging in one-on-one interactions to support daily activities
  • Delivering in-home personal care services, including assistance with showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing
  • Supporting clients with community-based recreational and social activities, fostering meaningful connections and a sense of belonging
  • Providing safe transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, or Disability Support, or equivalent qualification
  • A current Australian driver's license and a roadworthy vehicle (for Personal Carer - Community Aged Care roles only)
  • Proficiency in using technology, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops
  • Ability to pass relevant probity checks as required by legislation or policies
