Servizi Companion

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Servizi Companion. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support to residents, promoting their health and wellbeing, and enhancing event experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality companionship in 1:1 experiences tailored to the resident's needs, supporting residents and enhancing their experience of events, outings, and other visits.

To succeed in this position, you should have a personal philosophy compatible with our values, respecting resident dignity, privacy, and individuality. You should also possess strong communication skills (written and verbal) and effective interpersonal skills.

You will display a calm and caring approach to residents and staff, holding the right to live and work in Australia; a national police clearance is required prior to commencement.
