Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Senior Data Architect. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data architecture solutions, ensuring optimal data delivery architecture is consistent throughout Urbis.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working with data and at least 3 years in Azure. They should possess tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or another quantitative field.

  • Maintain existing on and off-prem (Azure) databases to support business continuity.
  • Create and maintain an optimal data pipeline architecture.
  • Assemble large, complex data sets that meet business requirements.
  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements.
  • Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources.
