Clinical Research Technology Transformation Specialist

Clinical Research Technology Leaders play a pivotal role in shaping the future of gastroenterology. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in clinical research technologies.
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Technology Director to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of clinical research technologies that transform the field of gastroenterology.
Main Responsibilities:- Technical Leadership: Define and drive the technical vision for our clinical platforms, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, scalability, and compliance.
- Product Innovation: Develop and implement AI-powered solutions that solve real-world clinical challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Team Development: Build and lead high-performing software engineering teams, recruiting top talent and fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
- Technical Expertise: 10+ years of experience in leading enterprise software development, with deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and modern development practices.
- Ai/ml Implementation: Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning systems in production, understanding MLOps, model governance, and the unique challenges of AI in regulated industries.
- Rapid Delivery Expertise: Proven track record of implementing engineering practices that dramatically increase development velocity while maintaining quality.
- Domain Expertise: Background in life sciences, clinical research, or CRO environments, with strong preference for experience in medical imaging, gastroenterology research, or healthcare AI applications.
- Customer-Obsessed Mindset: Experience building customer-facing medical software products, with demonstrated ability to translate clinical researcher needs into technical requirements.
- People Leadership: Track record of building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams, with ability to attract top talent and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Engineering Excellence at Scale: Build and lead a world-class software engineering organization that delivers mission-critical applications for clinical trials.
