Contract Review Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled paralegal to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will work closely with in-house general counsel to review and analyse contracts, identifying key data points for input into our new contract management system.

The ideal candidate will have previous legal experience or training, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to understand and interpret complex contracts. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the organisation's transition to a new contract management technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and analysing contracts to identify key data points
  • Collaborating with in-house general counsel to ensure accurate and efficient contract administration
  • Providing high-quality support to the legal team to ensure smooth operation of the contract management system

Requirements:

  • Previous legal experience or training
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working Arrangements:

  • Monday to Thursday, 9am-5pm
  • On-site at Tullamarine, Melbourne
