Education Director Role

As a Senior Educational Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team that delivers high-quality early childhood education and care to children. You will ensure the provision of an environment that reflects a safe, inclusive, responsive, and supportive program where the interests and needs of the child are the foundation for the creation of educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster partnerships with families and the community through effective profiling and marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children, ensuring they receive a high-quality learning experience.

About You:
For this role, you will have:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education as approved by the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority.
- Demonstrated understanding of quality frameworks and continuous quality improvement processes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood development and education, including the Early Years Learning and Development Frameworks and National Quality Framework.
