We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Front of House and Kitchen Operations Staff.

  • This position involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our front-of-house and kitchen areas, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front-of-house duties, including customer relations, communication, and issue resolution.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages with attention to presentation and quality.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant education or experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, enabling effective teamwork and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hospitality management or related roles.
  • Basic knowledge of Korean cuisine and cooking techniques.
