Strategic Technology Visionary Opportunity

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will lead the development of a comprehensive technology roadmap, driving digital transformation and IT governance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of our IT landscape to identify opportunities for improvement and alignment with business priorities.
  • Develop a strategic technology plan outlining key projects and vendor relationships, ensuring seamless execution and collaboration between stakeholders and vendors.
  • Enhance our cybersecurity posture and compliance, guaranteeing the organization's digital assets are secure and protected.
  • Oversee the successful implementation of key technology projects, fostering innovation and driving scalability.
  • Establish robust IT governance processes, including KPIs and regular performance evaluations, to ensure efficient operations and effective decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience as a CIO or IT Director in mid-to-large enterprises, with a track record of driving digital transformation and IT governance.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity ERP/CRM systems, cloud migration, and data strategy, with the ability to advise senior leadership on strategic decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive presence, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Able to operate both strategically and tactically, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering results.
