We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our client, a dynamic healthcare provider. This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of HR and drive employee engagement.

About You

To thrive in this role, you will possess:

  • 7+ years of experience as an HR Advisor or Business Partner in Aged Care, NDIS, Healthcare, or Medical sectors.
  • A strong understanding of industry challenges, including familiarity with the SCHADs Award.
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and HR systems.
The Role

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR initiatives with the organisation's strategic goals while remaining hands-on in operational tasks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to drive HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Operational Focus: Manage day-to-day HR functions, including employee lifecycle activities, performance management, and policy implementation.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Build strong relationships across the organisation to deliver tailored HR solutions that meet business needs.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and contribute to key HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
  • Continuous Improvement: Enhance HR processes and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
