As a Graduate Sustainability Consultant, you will play a key role in making buildings more energy efficient and sustainable.
You will work with our team of multi-disciplinary engineers to develop innovative and award-winning sustainable engineering solutions throughout the lifecycle of any building project.
With a strong passion for creative and intuitive design, you will perform sustainability design analysis, microclimate analysis, computational simulation, manage green building certification, develop strategies for water conservation, drive the reduction in upfront emissions, transportation, undertake energy audits, and other related duties.
Our ideal candidate will be educated to degree level in Engineering, the Built Environment or a related area, and have gained exposure (in an academic or professional setting) to some of the skills relevant to the role. Given the collaborative and client-focused nature of this role, excellent communication skills and experience of using your initiative to overcome challenges are essential.

The Skills You Will NeedAs a Graduate Sustainability Consultant, you will require:
- Experience with ESD rating tools such as Green Star, NABERS, LBC etc.
- Knowledge of energy modelling software and parametric modelling software (Grasshopper/Rhino/Dynamo)
- Excellent communication skills and experience of using your initiative to overcome challenges
