Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Terex. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring their equipment is running at optimal levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site service and maintenance to customers, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to develop and implement service strategies that meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest equipment technologies and best practices to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve service goals and objectives.
  • Participate in and contribute to a safety-first culture, adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements

  • Fitter qualification essential.
  • Current Motor Vehicle Driver's License.
  • Experience in Mining, Quarry, or related industries.
  • Exposure to Terex Jaques or Cedarapids equipment advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Terex Washing Systems beneficial.
  • Hydraulic experience advantageous.
  • Dogging and/or Rigging Tickets favourable.
  • Electrical knowledge and Welding experience valuable.
  • Computer literate.
